4. Lead Times

Lead times are prior to start of campaign.
Condé Nast Online will make every effort possible to expedite the testing and staging of adverts, however, if creative is received after the designated production deadline, Condé Nast Online cannot guarantee a campaign will begin as scheduled on the insertion order.
Please note, production deadlines do not account for any agency revisions.
5. Banners, Pop-ups and Skyscrapers
Condé Nast hosted:
Static creatives must be supplied with a url to the advertisers site for click-throughs. Flash creatives must have a Condé Nast specified url added to the click-through.
N.B. Creatives for email placements must be static images and Condé Nast hosted.
Third-party hosted:
All images associated with a third-party tag (whether at launch or introduced part-way through a campaign) must be explicitly approved by Condé Nast Online.Tags for pop-up windows must launch their own window from a 1x1 pixel.
All creatives must implement a call to open a new browser window when the ad is clicked on.
6. Rich Media Formats
Flash movies:
Flash movies may be hosted by Condé Nast Online or a third-party. A tracking url for click-throughs, specified by Condé Nast, must be inserted prior to the live date of the campaign.
Proprietary formats:
Condé Nast Online currently accepts rich media tags from Double-click, Eyeblaster, Tangozebra, Airlock. Other formats can be accommodated, however a lead-time of 3 working weeks will be required.
Sound:
All sound in creatives must be user-initiated. Condé Nast Online reserves the right to refuse creatives with auto-playing sound.
Content:
All Rich Media creatives must be supplied with an alternative image or URL in case the browser is not capable of displaying the creative. In order to ensure trouble-free delivery of your campaign all rich media creatives should be tested on as many platforms as possible. Condé Nast Online should be provided with a URL to a demo version of the creative demonstrating the desired functionality.
8. Payment
Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation deadlines are as follows:
Two weeks from start of a banner campaign.
Four weeks from start of a promotion or sponsorship package.
One month for hosting services.
