Where can I find my subscription Account Number?

Your Account Number can be found on the envelope in which you receive your print magazine. Alternatively, click on the link below to retrieve your Account Number:

I'm a print subscriber, how do I access my free digital editions

To access your free digital editions you will need your Account Number. You can retrieve this via the link below:

Step 1 - Install the app:

- Enter the App Store from your device homescreen

- Search for 'Glamour' and install

Step 2 - Activate your digital account:

- Open the app and tap the 'My Account' tab/button.

- Enter your Customer Account Number.

- You will then be prompted to set up your login - Enter your email address and a password of your choice.

I've forgotten my password, how do I reset my password?

You can reset your password here by entering your email address. You will be sent an email with a link to change your password. Return to the app and enter your new password. It may take several minutes for the system to sync with your new password.

Can I access back-issues of the digital edition?

You can access back-issues of the digital edition from the start of your print subscription. However please note, the GLAMOUR iPad edition was first published on the Apple Newsstand in December 2012 so you will only be able to access from this date thereafter on this device.

I can't access my digital editions on my new device

1) Ensure that you are logged with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the digital copy/subscription:

- From the home screen go to 'Settings' > 'i-Tunes & App Store' (For pre iOS 6 > 'Store')

- The Apple ID registered to the device will be shown on the right - you must use the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the digital copy/subscription. Tap on the field to change.

2) Delete and Re-install the app:

- To delete the app, enter your Newsstand folder and press the magazine cover for a couple of seconds and tap 'x'

- To re-install the app, enter the App Store from your device homescreen.

- Search for 'Glamour' and install

3) Restore all purchases:

- Enter the app and click on your Library - located on the bottom left

- Then tap the cog icon on the top right and tap 'Restore All Purchases'

I'm unable to restore my subscription or single issue purchase(s)

I've logged into my account but all of the issues say 'BUY' instead of 'DOWNLOAD'

If you are a print subscriber: Sign out of your account and sign back in (Sign In located on the top left of your Library

If you are a digital subscriber: Ensure that you are logged with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the digital copy/subscription:

- From the home screen go to 'Settings' > 'i-Tunes & App Store' (For pre iOS 6 > 'Store')

- The Apple ID registered to the device will be shown on the right - you must use the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the digital copy/subscription. Tap on the field to change.

The digital edition won't download properly

This is could be due to low storage space preventing download completion on the device. You may need to free up some storage space. To check your available storage, follow these steps:

- From the home screen go to 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Usage'

- The GB space available is listed under 'Storage'

If you have sufficient storage then please follow these steps:

1) Delete and Re-install the app:

- To delete the app, enter the Newsstand and press the magazine cover for a couple of seconds and tap 'x'

- To re-install the app, enter your Newsstand app and tap 'Store'

- Search for 'Glamour' and install

2) Restore all purchases:

- Enter the app and click on your Library - located on the bottom left

- Then tap the cog icon on the top right and tap 'Restore All Purchases'

The download speed is very slow

When you download an item from the Apple Newsstand, the amount of time it takes will vary according to the file's size and your Internet connection speed. A broadband connection is highly recommended.

How does the free trial work?

The 30-day free trial is a promotion that we occasionally offer for a limited time on an annual digital subscription. Once you have selected an annual subscription you will get 30 days free access to the digital edition/s available during that period. If you cancel during the first 30 days you will not be charged. Once your trial period has expired your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel the subscription on your device. The digital edition is available on the iPad and iPhone. Once you have installed the app on both devices, all new downloads are automatically synced so you can access across each device.

How to manage my auto renewing subscription

- From the home screen go to 'Settings' > ' iTunes & App Store' (For pre iOS 6 > 'Store')

- Tap on your 'Apple ID' (top of the right-hand panel - you may need to scroll down on iOS 5 and below).

- Select 'View Apple ID'

- Scroll down to and select 'Manage', under 'Subscriptions'.
